Welcome to day one of your transformational journey to unlocking your greatness with Dr Sylvia Forchap-Likambi.

You are indeed great and already have a seed of greatness within you. Let us begin this journey by discovering that seed.

What kind of seed are you?

You will naturally flourish most authentically once you identify your seed of greatness. There will be no struggle—just as an orange seed effortlessly grows into an orange tree and bears oranges.

Although you might resemble those around you—your peers, family, or community—you are not the same; you are unique.

Imagine an orange seed, a lemon seed, a grapefruit seed, and a tangerine seed. Four seeds—orange, lemon, grapefruit, and tangerine. Don’t they look so alike? If we placed all these seeds into one box, most people would think they were identical. They might label them as the same or group them into one category— “citrus fruits.” In the same way, society often puts us into a box and labels us. Perhaps you’ve been defined by your skin colour, your gender, your nationality, or your financial status. Your marital status might have even labelled you— whether single, married, or a single parent raising children alone.

Maybe you have defined yourself this way because you appear similar to others. But as you embark on this journey to greatness, it’s time to distinguish yourself. It’s time to recognise where you truly stand among the crowd. Today marks a new beginning—the day you identify your uniqueness and differentiate yourself. Are you an orange seed? A lemon seed? A grapefruit seed? A tangerine seed?

Take control and ownership of your identity. Don’t let others define you; most people cannot see the difference. Only those with deep insight—experts in agriculture, for instance—can recognise the uniqueness of each seed, even at its earliest stage. Similarly, it takes a special kind of insight and divine wisdom to see the greatness within you when it is not yet fully visible. That is why you are on this journey with someone like me—a mindset transformation coach and a leading empowerment and transformation authority—who can see the difference even in your darkest hour.

Where others define you by your dim light or even the absence of it, I see the light in you. Even when you are engulfed in darkness, I can see your light. And I am here to help extract it, to pull that light out of you and unveil it so you can unlock your greatness. Together, we will remove the veil covering your greatness and obscuring your light. You will step into the glory of God, and that glory will manifest and reveal itself in you.

Welcome to your greatness. It doesn’t have to be grand at the start— remember, it is a seed. The seed is often the smallest part of the fruit, hidden within it. The fruit itself is far greater than the seed it came from. Greatness frequently starts small, like DNA—so complex and microscopic that it cannot be deciphered or seen with the naked eye. Your greatness, encoded within you, is invisible to many who lack insight and the vision to see beyond. Those who cannot see the essence of greatness within you may treat you like an ordinary person. They may go about their lives unaware of the brilliance that resides within you. But this does not diminish your greatness. You are entrusted with nurturing this seed, bringing it to life, and allowing it to grow into a thriving tree of greatness that bears abundant fruit.
